At ARIES INDIA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We encourage customers to review our refund policy carefully before initiating a return. Also, orders once placed cannot be cancelled
Refund Eligibility
• Refunds will be processed only after the product has been couriered back to us by the customer and successfully received at our facility.
• The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
• Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
• Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the quality check is completed.
Courier Charges
• Courier charges for returning the product to ARIES INDIA are to be borne by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
